Belief

Belief is the most powerful force in the universe
It rules nations and individuals
Religions
it constructs the individual nature of our core
it derives meaning
it negates meaning
it is the most unreal realness

yes it has no form
may or may not be repeatable
may be a whole or a part
it may even not exist

but we believe in our beliefs
and this is a cycle that snowballs

"I am what I believe in"

yea?

what's that?

is that what you always believed in?
and is that what you will believe in till the end of time?

no?

why not?

is not truth static?

how can something true change?

how can we feel determinately one way
then not?

don't we characterize who we are by why we believe in?

what if our beliefs are not a static truth?
and not shared by science or others?

what then?

can we construct something concrete?

if we hold a hot potato and then drop it
can we consider ourselves holders-of-potatoes?

maybe it is a war without form
it is not what you believe but how you believe

what form is your belief in?

and what grounds do you have to believe it rests in......

it is not who you love
simply that you love

or something like that
